Grill the peppers whole, with olive oil and sprinkled sea salt on them. Alternatively, fry in a cast iron skillet or pan coated in olive oil, until the skins blister. Sprinkle with salt and rotate once or twice to evenly blister the skin. Let cool, and enjoy this as a snack or side!
