Vegetables
Half: 1 bunch kale, 1/2 lb. dragon beans, 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, 1 bunch basil
Full: 2 bunches kale, 1 lb. dragon beans, 2 lbs. cherry tomatoes, 2 bunches basil

Fruit:
Half: 2.5 lbs. fruit (Choose between nectarines or plums.)
Full: 5 lbs. fruit (Choose between nectarines or plums.)

Brooklyn Artisanal
Half: 1 jar of Mean Beans or Handy Corn from Rick’s Picks
Full: 2 jars of Mean Beans or Handy Corn from Rick’s Picks

Bread
Full and half shares pick up one loaf Beer Bread or Swiss Health

Milk
Full and half shares pick up 1/2 gallon Creamline or Low Fat

Juice
Half: 1 32oz Strawberry or Summer Blend
Full: 2 32oz Strawberry or Summer Blend

Egg
Full, half, and omega shares pick up one dozen eggs

Meat
Half: 1 half chicken, 1 pack ground lamb, 1 pack breakfast sausage
Full: 2 half chickens, 2 packs ground lamb, 2 packs breakfast sausage
(Based on member feedback, we have adjusted meat portions to serve dinners for two!)

Cheese
Half: 2 cuts Mettowee
Full: 4 cuts Mettowee

Bean/Grain/Flour
Half: 1 bag live oats, 1 bag soy beans, 1 bag whole wheat bread flour
Full: 2 bags live oats, 2 bags soy beans, 2 bags whole wheat bread flour
