In preparation for our Pop-Up Thanksgiving CSA, we’d like to introduce you to DiPaola Turkey Farm in Hamilton, NJ. All of our Pop-Up Thanksgiving turkeys will come from this family-run farm, started by Art DiPaola, Sr. in 1948 and currently managed by Art DiPaola, Jr., as well as Matt and Kristen DiPaola, Art Jr.’s son and daughter. After World War II, Art Sr. worked as a potter and decided to buy a piece of property in Hamilton Township, NJ, which would become DiPaola Turkey Farm.
DiPaola raises free-range and antibiotic-free turkeys; their turkeys are always fresh, never frozen. The farm has a long-standing tradition of treating their birds (and their customers) with care and respect. Because DiPaola is a small, well-regulated farm, the turkeys are raised on the property from birth to death, with all of the processing done on-site. Their turkeys have gained a reputation in the tri-state area as being some of the best around–sign up for yours today!
