Granola Lab, founded in 2010 by part-time librarian Alex Crosier, produces organic, homemade, and elegant granola flavors like tamarind, banana and walnut,  pecan and orange, cranberry cashew, and ginger-molasses.  Granola Lab adds plenty of goodies like nuts, seeds, and dried fruits into the mix, yielding more complex and diverse clusters than the average oat granola.
