This year, create a Thanksgiving dinner that features your New York State farms with our Pop Up Thanksgiving CSA!  We’ve worked with your local farmers to put together shares that will best fit the holiday menu.  You can select between Turkey, Vegetable, Fruit, Bread, and Baking Shares; we’ll even provide you with some of our favorite Thanksgiving recipes and a complimentary pack of mulled spices.

We understand that not everyone wants to carry home a turkey and pounds of root vegetables, so a delivery service is available for residents in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan and a complimentary walk home service to residents that live two blocks away from our pick up locations if a volunteer is available.  The Pop Up CSA is not limited to current CSA members.  Share and delivery details can be found below.

Farm: Quattro Game Farm
Growing: No Added Hormones, Free Range or Roaming, Cage Free, 100 Percent Vegetarian Feed, No Antibiotics
Cost:$4/pound, $30 deposit for half share and $50 deposit for full share.  Remaining payment due upon receiving Turkey with check only.
Half Share: 12 – 13lb Hen (Female Turkey)
Full Share: 14 – 16lb Hen (Female Turkey)

Hen Turkeys are known to be more tender and more flavorful; knowing they have been grown with love and care make them even better.  Quattro is a family game farm located in Pleasant Valley, NY and has been raising the highest quality meat since the early 1900s.  There is no way to guarantee an exact weight of a hen; therefore, we have provided a weight interval for each share.  A deposit must be paid upon ordering and payment completed with check when receiving the turkey.  General ordering for a Thanksgiving Turkey is 1 – 1.5lbs = 1 person.

A mix of seasonal apples and apple cider pressed right on the farm.  This share makes one mean apple pie.

We recommend storing bread in a plastic bag in the refrigerator until Thanksgiving

Delivery is available for residents in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens for an additional charge.  Please review the delivery dates on the order form before completing your payment.
